1. Data Controller

We, AYASTUDIO TEXTILE GENERAL PARTNERSHIP ("Company"), act as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL") and attach importance to the security of your personal data. We would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

2. Processed Personal Data and Purposes of Processing

Your personal data collected in the identity, communication, and transaction security categories are processed within the framework of the following purposes:

  • Legal Obligations: Your personal data may be processed, transferred, and stored if required by any legislation that the Company is subject to, based on the legal basis stipulated in Article 5/2 (ç) of the PDPL.
  • Resolution of Disputes: Your personal data may be processed and shared with relevant legal authorities to demonstrate that transactions are carried out in compliance with the law and to resolve disputes, based on the legal basis stipulated in Article 5/2(e) of the PDPL.
  • Improvement of Services and Customer Satisfaction: Your personal data may be processed based on the legitimate interest legal basis specified in Article 5/2(f) of the PDPL for evaluating your complaints and suggestions, taking actions to improve customer satisfaction and service quality, and for communication purposes related to customer satisfaction.
  • Sending Commercial Electronic Messages: With your explicit consent for sending commercial electronic messages, your personal data may be processed for purposes such as promotion, communication, advertising, marketing, sales, campaign-related commercial electronic message sending regarding all kinds of products and services, based on the legal basis of explicit consent specified in Article 5/1 of the PDPL.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to service providers located abroad by the Company for providing electronic or physical storage services and ensuring the sending of commercial electronic messages, based on the legal basis of explicit consent stipulated in Article 9/1 of the PDPL, and to relevant authorized public institutions and organizations for fulfilling legal obligations specified in Article 5/2 (ç) of the PDPL.

4. Method of Collection of Personal Data

The Company may collect your personal data electronically through registration forms on the website within the scope of providing services and the above-mentioned data processing purposes.

5. Your Rights as Data Subject

Under the PDPL, as a data subject, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • To request information regarding the processed personal data,
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used accordingly,
  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
  • To request correction of your incomplete or incorrect personal data,
  • To request deletion or destruction of your personal data,
  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you by exclusively analyzing your processed data through automated systems,
  • To demand compensation if you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
